Spray Applied Protective Coatings
Here you will find our standard range, any of which can be available for immediate fitting. Some of these colours are used Commercially subsequently enabling us to pass certain discounts over to domestic home owners should they decide to choose any of these.
Special colours can be made available on request however we do recommend that people try to keep to some kind of neutral shade and something inoffensive to any possible future buyer. This treatment is permanent so colour choice is very important.
Four of these colours are used frequently by our Commercial division so discounts may be available should any home owner decide to choose one of these. Subject to property size and material availability.
All colours are made available in either a coarse texture or fine.
We also provide a clear coat rainstopper solution for homes requiring waterproofing but no change in appearance. Roof Coatings also available.

Fibrocem Pliolite Based Facade Coating is the most advanced facade coating
in Europe. It can deliver extraordinary durability, the key to a trouble free future.
This premium, solvent borne coating is roller or spray applied, formulated for exterior use on cement rendering, brick, roughcast and concrete. It provides a self-stabilising smooth matt finish that has excellent adhesion to previously painted surfaces.
With Pliolite resin as an integral part of the coating, this imparts a high degree of water repellence to the coating surface whilst allowing vapour to pass through the coating allowing the substrate to breathe.
Self Cleaning - Fibrocem Pliolite Based Facade Coating has excellent self cleaning properties, a few microns of the surface are gradually eliminated by rain, this process allows the surface to self clean.
