Dear Sirs,

We are delighted with the work which has been undertaken on our house, and we feel it important to write to you to acknowledge the excellent standard which has been achieved.

As you know the house has undergone a significant refurbishment and the exterior walls were altered leaving some areas with new block work, other areas with old render, and areas where either new windows had been formed, or old ones blocked off. We wanted all these exterior walls to be uniform and re-rendered to a perfectly flat finish and then the Andura coat applied. No mean feat bearing in mind the base to build up from.

The work was started by an alternative contractor, but after seeing the standard of their work, we had no option but to stop them and ask them to leave the site. Therefore in addition to the above, it was also necessary for Heritage Coatings to correct the work which had been left behind by the first contactor which was indeed found to be substandard.

Heritage Coatings began work and within two days we could see that we would not have to worry anymore about achieving the right finish. we wished we had found Heritage Coatings in the first place because we would not have had to endure the anguish of the first contractor, who clearly either did not understand what was needed, or more likely did not have the skilled staff to carry out the work, The finish of the work carried out has exceeded our expectations and we know that we can confidently recommend Heritage Coatings to undertake any job, large or small, and the client will not be disappointed.

Hello there Heritage,

Chris and I would like to thank you very much, we are so pleased with the result. Chris and Shaun are very professional, work so well together and extremely clean and tidy workers on site. They were a pleasure to have here with us. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for soft corners and they were done.

We were just saying yesterday, it was so fortunate how things turned out; ‘Gracies’ making such a mess and us finding you.

Chris has yet to make the front and back doors and put wood under the sills. Says it will take about two weeks...ish!! I will send them as soon as Chris has finished.
